Please read the following provisions of these terms of service (this “Agreement” or “Terms of Service”) carefully. 

This is a legally binding agreement between you and Legionfarm, Inc. with the registered address at 910 Foulk Road, Suite 201, Wilmington, County of New Castle, USA, and its affiliates (from now on, “Legionfarm”, “Legionfarm Entities”, “Legionfarm Parties”, “we” or “us”) regarding the use of the coaching package (the “Coaching Package”) and the relevant use of the website located at www.legionfarm.com, all affiliated websites, including mobile websites and applications, owned and operated by us, or our predecessors or successors in interest (collectively, the “Site”) and 

These sub-terms of service constitute an integral part of Legionfarm Terms of Service. 

By accepting these Terms of service, you enroll in a unique video gaming course with a total term of six months (the “Term”).

At the beginning of each week of the Term, you will be given 4 hours to spend on any coaching offered by the Coaching Package (the “Weekly Time”). If you do not use all four hours in a given week, the remaining time will not be carried over to the following week.

During every two months of the Term, you will be entitled to try your hand at passing an exam. Legionfarm will notify you at least one week prior to an upcoming exam. To participate in an exam, you must spend your Weekly Time within the week of the exam. For each exam, you will be given 3 attempts to pass it.

Passing an exam provides you with the following features: 

• 5% cashback in the form of hours on your balance;
• Tournaments access;
• Special status on the platform.

You pay for your Coaching Package total cost stipulated at http://coaching.legionfarm.com/coaching-program advance (the “Payment”). The Payment shall be refunded only within the first two weeks after the beginning of the Term due to your discontent with the quality of the service.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and information provided by Customer Support or other portions of our websites, the Legionfarm Terms of Service will prevail.

If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Service are found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid, legal, and enforceable. Legionfarm may, from time to time, change these Terms of Use. We will notify you at least 2 days before such changes apply to you. We may assign or transfer our agreement with you, including our associated rights and obligations, at any time, and you agree to cooperate with us in connection with such an assignment or transfer.

We will send you information relating to your account in electronic form only, for example, via emails to your email address provided during registration.
